Support and billing
Email support@pertoken.ai for account, API, billing, and privacy questions. Include your account email and, for API problems, the model, the time, and any request ID from the response headers. Never send us your API key.
Security vulnerabilities
Email security@pertoken.ai to report a vulnerability. Include steps to reproduce and the impact you observed. We will acknowledge your report, keep you updated, and credit you if you wish. Please give us reasonable time to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly. Do not access other customers' data, degrade the Service, or run automated scanning at volume. Research done in good faith under these rules is welcome, and we will not pursue it. Our security.txt file is at /.well-known/security.txt.
Abuse reports
Email abuse@pertoken.ai to report misuse of the Service, such as content that breaks the Acceptable Use Policy. Include the time, the model, and any request ID or evidence you have.
Incidents and outages
Check the Status page for current incidents. To report an outage or degraded performance, email support@pertoken.ai with "Incident" in the subject line. For a security incident, email security@pertoken.ai. Marketplace partners such as OpenRouter should use the operational contact agreed during onboarding, or security@pertoken.ai for anything urgent.
