Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the Service, directly or through a third-party integration. You are responsible for making sure your end users follow it too. Each model's own license and use policy also applies.

Prohibited uses

Do not use the Service to create, request, or distribute content, or to take actions, that:

• Sexually exploit or endanger children in any way. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.
• Break the law or help others break it, including fraud, scams, money laundering, or sanctions and export-control violations.
• Provide meaningful help in developing or using biological, chemical, nuclear, or radiological weapons, or in planning violence or terrorism.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or promote violence or hatred against people based on protected characteristics.
• Create sexual content involving real people without their consent, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Impersonate people or organizations to deceive, or generate disinformation meant to manipulate elections or civic processes.
• Create or spread malware, phishing, spam, or tools for unauthorized access to systems.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or collect or process personal information unlawfully.
• Make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people (such as credit, employment, housing, or insurance) without appropriate human review.
• Present AI-generated output as human-written where the law requires disclosure, or where doing so is meant to deceive.

Protecting the platform

• Do not get around rate limits, quotas, or access controls, or use multiple accounts to do so.
• Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the Service without written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome under the rules on our Contact page.
• Do not interfere with other customers' traffic or overload the Service on purpose.
• Do not share, sell, or publish API keys.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. Because we do not store interactive request content, investigations normally rely on usage metadata, reports we receive, and information you give us. Depending on severity, we may warn you, rate limit or revoke keys, suspend or close your account, and report conduct to law enforcement.

Reporting abuse

Report abuse to abuse@pertoken.ai. Include the time, the model, any request ID from the response headers, and a description of the problem. Report security vulnerabilities to security@pertoken.ai.
